Right from the time the hiring manager selects the applicant, Workseer's New Hire Onboarding module performs the offer management and get the online acceptance from the new, performs background checking, send notification to the new hire for the joining process and finally allows the onboarding process through an easy to use onboarding wizard.

Once a candidate completes the online onbaording on Workseer then most of the information about the employee is captured and carried over to the new employee record, so there's no need to reenter information. The configurable onboarding checklist provides task assignment that tracks each pending task in the onboarding process.
